What this is
This website uses an experimental AI assistant that lets you explore my work, thinking and approach. It uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on things I've written and published.
AI-generated content
Every response is generated by artificial intelligence. I try to keep it accurate, but you should understand that:
- Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information
- Nothing here should be treated as professional advice - legal, financial, medical or otherwise
- Responses are an AI interpretation of my work, and won't always reflect what I'd actually say
- Verify anything important independently before you act on it
If something looks wrong, it probably is. Email me and I'll take a look.
Acceptable use
When using my AI assistant, you agree not to:
- Submit harmful, abusive, threatening or illegal content
- Attempt to manipulate the AI into producing harmful or misleading content
- Use automated tools or scripts to send excessive requests
- Attempt to extract proprietary information or reverse-engineer the system
- Use it in any way that breaks the law
I reserve the right to limit or block access for anyone who ignores this.
Rate limits
To keep things fair - and to keep my bill down - I may limit how many requests you can make in a given period. If you hit the limit, you'll need to wait before sending more.
Intellectual property
My name, logo and all content on this site - other than the AI-generated responses to your queries - belong to me or are licensed to me. Please don't use my branding or content without asking.
AI-generated responses are for your personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to share them, but please make clear they were generated by an AI.
Limitation of liability
My AI assistant is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
- Decisions or actions you take based on anything it tells you
- Service interruptions, downtime or technical problems
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service
Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
