At work

• After 2 months, the deliverables for my onboarding project are coming to a close. Feeling reflective. It looks like I've forged an on going relationship - exciting times ahead
• I've been surprised how easy it is to use Vimeo within a closed web application. I'm glad we didn't re-event the wheel by using a custom video player or storage solution
• I talked with Asako from Geneto, Japan, about launching a COVID-19 community project

After work

• I made some small accessibility improvements to my website this week
• I added aria-current to my primary navigation
• I made it quicker to tab through my notes section with a keyboard after reading another great article from Sara Soueidan
• I finally added a "Skip to main content link"

Life

• It's hard to believe just a month ago we were locked up inside, hiding from the COVD-19 pandemic - what a year this is shaping out to be
• We're expecting a few visitors from friends and family soon - which basically means we've been cleaning away the post lockdown cobwebs
