Introduction
Jersey Sushi was the first dedicated delivery service in Jersey, Channel Islands. With the fear that rivals might soon try and put an end to the sushi monopoly, it was important that Jersey Sushi had a strong brand that would create an emotional connection with its consumers and build long lasting relationships with the sushi eating population of Jersey.


Working to a very tight budget and timeframe, I developed an identity system that could be applied across a wide range of applications, whilst retaining the brands charm, friendliness and professionalism.
